MDK aka Mr. Don’t know is an indie hip-hop rapper who notoriously holds it down for the West Coast. Although he represents Los Angeles that has not stopped him from getting fans world-wide. He has has several shows in Europe and his latest music video “Catch Me If You Can” was also shot in the Czech Republic. A couple months ago he dropped a music video called “Sqwad Life.” It received a comment comparing him to Lil Wayne and Drake. He responded by saying “If you think drake and Weezy then those are artists that I don’t mind a reference to. The kind of artist that I am though is a universal one, I dont put myself or my music in any boxes, I make music however the mood makes me feel… Thanks for the input.” With a mentality like that matched up with his flows and style it’s easy to see why MDK has received attention from around the world as well as ours.
